Yes, you can change employers during OPT:
- New job must be related to your degree
- Update your DSO within 10 days of change
- Update SEVIS record
- No need to file new I-765 (unless extending)
For STEM OPT: You must complete new I-983 with new employer and submit to DSO within 10 days.
